Samantha has developed from a young teenage assistant to our Salon Manager, by following our training programme and career ladder.
In the time that she has been with us Sam has adopted the My Hair Guru craft standard as her own and has worked her way through our training programme to develop the skill set that is required for the Manager’s position.
Coaching Sam has been a pleasure and it has been a huge achievement to develop a young person into an adult with confidence, drive and the self belief that she can take on any challenge that comes her way.
Sam offers clients a very personal service and relishes any opportunity to get creative. We feel very proud of Sam and what she has achieved and we encourage all our team members to follow her example.
